If you want to go for repair bring your own part they charged me 309$ for air bag and excluded labour, shop supplies etc

I’d like to say that I was very impressed and appreciative of the service and response from Dispatch to Road service Tech to Tow truck Driver. I found them very professional and i never felt like they were trying to empty my wallet like most road service encounters I’ve had. They let me keep truck on site until I was able to come get it, all around a great experience even though my headache from the breakdown is just begun…I would like to say thank you for being considerate to us Driver/ Owners. We literally sat on the side of the road for 24 hrs on 495 near Potomac. No one , not even AAA came to help us. BUT J & M sent their guy JR and they were amazing !!!’ We were so grateful to have a company and a man like JR get our RV running roadside again and he made sure we were good to go. GREAT people. Call them for your roadside RV needs for sure !!!

Shady people. Do not use there services!!! $407 for a oil change on a 6.7 Cummins. Then tried to charge another $160 for 40 minutes for “waiting on payment” 😂. The mobile mechanic was awesome though real great guy and taught me a few things but the company’s sucks lol. Then got butt hurt and said they don’t want my business lmao.

I have to say my experience with this business was absolutely phenomenal I was on the highway coming up from Florida on my way to Syracuse New York when I lost Pretty much all power and it was because of a fuel loss issue the young man ( Philip ) worked very hard day in and day out Monday and Tuesday to get me back on the road. He went through a process of elimination he put a fuel gauge on my fuel bowl we ran the truck at Idle it had 50 pounds of pressure once you got into the pedal it only had 5 pounds he took my fuel tank down he found all kind of parts in it my prescreen was completely broken up in 50 or so pieces all kind of trash in my tank he put it back together with a brand new pre-screen and put a new fuel pump on it and it still had the same issue that was on day one .day two he took all my fuel lines off just like he did the day before and ran even a higher pressure of air through the fuel lines and parts and pieces of my pre-filter come flying out of the line he put it back together and On the road I was again I tried to tip the young man and he wouldn’t even take the tip he told me because I’m on the highway I would probably need it I surely do appreciate these guy
